Update 3/30/2020:

Governor Ducey has issued an executive order urging Arizonians to stay home.  The order takes effect at the end of business on Tuesday, 3/31/2020.  Governor Ducey has asked people to stay home except to conduct essential business/activities.  Those essential activities include engaging in activities essential for health and seeking healthcare services.  Southwest Fitness 24/7 is a healthcare facility that provides wellness and musculoskeletal rehabilitation programs under the direction of a Registered Kinesiotherapist.  This component of our business is what makes this facility different than a "gym."  Members/patients/clients that have health conditions or a history of musculoskeletal injuries that require temporary or ongoing therapeutic exercise, therapeutic modalities, or manual therapies are encouraged to sign up for therapeutic exercise in 1-hour time blocks or to schedule 1:1 appointments with the Registered Kinesiotherapist or his assistant.  We will adhere to the recommended social distancing guidelines: people should remain 6 feet apart and avoid groups of more than 10 people.  Our staff has been working hard to keep the facility clean and equipment cleaning supplies will remain available for anyone using the equipment.

To schedule your therapeutic exercise times or for appointments with the Registered Kinesiotherapist or his assistant, please contact us via email:  As this situation continues to evolve, updates will be provided on our website:  Also, our group exercise instructors are in the process of providing virtual group exercise classes on our FB page that can be performed in your home.  Thank you for your continued support of our business!!
